What this site is

SaskTaxSales gathers Saskatchewan tax-title and municipal land sales from public municipal and provincial notices into one searchable map. It is an independent research tool, not affiliated with any municipality or the Government of Saskatchewan.

No warranty: confirm before you bid

Listings are compiled from third-party public records and may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors. Nothing here is legal, financial, or investment advice. Always confirm the parcel, terms, deposit, and deadline directly with the municipality before you tender or bid. You use this information at your own risk.

Acceptable use of the data

You're welcome to browse, search, and use individual listings for your own property research, and to link to pages on this site.

The following are not permitted without prior written permission:

• Automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk downloading of listings or pages, except by recognized search-engine and AI-answer crawlers acting within robots.txt.
• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing the compiled dataset, in whole or in substantial part.
• Building, training, or populating a competing product, database, or service from this site's content.
• Reselling or sublicensing the data, or removing attribution.

The underlying facts come from public records, but the compilation, organization, geolocation, and enrichment of those records is our work and is protected. We reserve the right to block access that breaches these terms.

Membership & payments

The public record and new-listing alerts are free. Optional membership and per-listing reports add enrichment and convenience; they're billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the customer portal. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the price shown is the total payable: no tax is added at checkout.

Per-listing reports. Each report lists exactly what it contains before you buy, and is delivered immediately, so purchases are final and we don't offer refunds on them. A report stays available to the email that bought it, so you never need to buy the same one twice, and if you lose the link we'll resend it to that address. Membership is cancelled from the customer portal and runs to the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund part-periods.

Founding members. Members who joined through the founding-member offer have a stated exception to the line above: email us within seven days of joining to say it wasn't useful and we refund the year in full, no case to argue. That window belongs to the founding group. It doesn't apply to memberships bought after the founding group closes, which run on the standard terms above.

Two honest limits worth stating plainly. Every figure is compiled from public records and derived data, and some of it is estimated or inferred. Each field says which. Confirm anything you're relying on with the municipality and ISC before you bid or buy. And a listing can change or be withdrawn by the seller at any time; we report what the record showed when we last read it.
