Current Saskatchewan tax-sale properties & land tenders

As of October 8, 2026, SaskTaxSales lists 1,377 parcels of land for sale directly by Saskatchewan municipalities, in 108 towns, villages, cities and rural municipalities. 1,119 are municipal lots, land a municipality sells from its own holdings at a set price or by tender. 258 are tax-title parcels, land taken for unpaid taxes and re-sold under The Tax Enforcement Act. 40 have a bid deadline in the next 30 days; the next closes October 8, 2026 in Town of Maple Creek. Most of the rest have no deadline and are available from the municipal office now. 758 publish a minimum bid or a set price. The lowest is $250, and 148 are under $5,000. Every listing is free to read, with no account: the municipality, legal description, civic address, parcel size, price where one is published, closing date and the municipality's own notice. The board is rebuilt every day from more than 100 public sources.
